The Window

As TBE members and therapists, we started the group Heart to Heart to help members heal from loss. The group’s intention is to guide participants to reclaim their inner light. We have been off to a supportive and nurturing start, with people who are determined to help one another find joy and begin again. Our upcoming topic is The Circle of Life and our future topics include, Bringing Light into Darkness, and Healing and Releasing.

We meet twice a month on the Zoom platform, and you can come once or join each and every group. All are welcome and the only requirement is to bring yourself and your heart.
